CHEESY CRISPS

INGREDIENTS
1 cup cheese of any kind (I like mozzarella, tasty or parmesan)
¼ cup diced bacon or shredded ham
¼ grated zucchini, carrot or pumpkin (squeeze out juices from vegetables)
1-2 tbsp. spices (I like salt, pepper, paprika, onion granules, garlic granules, and herbs)

STEPS
Step 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Choose your silicone muffin tray (smaller and deeper ones work best), or line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
Step 2. Add a small amount of cheese to each muffin cavity. Don’t use too much; the less cheese, the more it will crisp. Then add your toppings sparingly, followed by your herbs and spices.
Step 3. Bake crisps for 15-20 mins. If they are not crispy enough, leave them a few minutes longer.
Step 4. Serve crisps with dip, slices of avocado and cheese, or enjoy on their own. They are super yummy!
