Way too easy-peasy, even the kids can make these and be proud. They are gooey, banana-y, chocolatey goodness. A yummy treat for the kiddy winks to enjoy. They are natural and packed full with vitamins and minerals, and are gentle on the tummy. They are dairy free, gluten free, preservative and additive free, colour free and only contain 5 simple ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
2 bananas, mashed
2 cups almond flour
1 tbsp. psyllium husk
100g 90% Lindt chocolate, chopped
Pinch of salt

STEPS
Step 1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Prepare cookie trays by lining them with non-stick baking paper.
Step 2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until a dough forms.
Step 3. Spoon 1 tbsp amounts of the dough onto the cookie tray. I use my small ice-cream scoop.
Step 4. Bake for 15-17 mins until golden brown. Remove from the oven and transfer to a rack to cool.
