½ cup creamy Greek yogurt
2 cups of sunflower seeds ground
1 tbsp. psyllium husk
1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
Pinch of salt
Step 1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until a dough forms.
Step 2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Roll the dough between two sheets of non-stick baking paper, about 2cm thick.
Step 3. Place onto a non-stick baking paper prepared large cookie tray and bake for 15-20 mins.
Step 4. Cut into wedges or slices and enjoy!
Tips: Freeze the dough, roll out flat, and then freeze in a large Ziploc bag. Use as a pizza base, flatbread, and add any toppings your heart desires.
