FLAT BREAD

This flatbread is perfect to have as a pizza base or alongside slow cooked meals.
It's great to take in your lunch box. The recipe is below, and you can also click

INGREDIENTS

½ cup creamy Greek yogurt

2 cups of sunflower seeds ground

1 tbsp. psyllium husk

1 tbsp. nutritional yeast

Pinch of salt

STEPS

Step 1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until a dough forms.

Step 2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Roll the dough between two sheets of non-stick baking paper, about 2cm thick.

Step 3. Place onto a non-stick baking paper prepared large cookie tray and bake for 15-20 mins.

Step 4. Cut into wedges or slices and enjoy!

SERVES 6-8

Tips: Freeze the dough, roll out flat, and then freeze in a large Ziploc bag. Use as a pizza base, flatbread, and add any toppings your heart desires.
