INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup grated cheese of choice, such as mozzarella
½ zucchini, grated and squeezed of its water
Chives 
Cracked pepper to taste

STEPS
Step 1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Ready silicone muffin trays. 
Step 2. Prep all vegetables and ingredients. 
Step 3. Place small amounts of each ingredient into the silicone muffin tray. 
Step 4. Place into oven for 20-30 mins until at desired crispness

MAKES 6 large crisps or 12 small crisps.
Recipe can easily be doubled.

Alternatives: any vegetable that you can grate such as carrot, cauliflower, tomato, onion, etc. Meats such as sliced bacon, shredded ham or chicken would work well. Crisps can be spiced any way you desire.
