INGREDIENTS

Darker mix

3/4 cup hemp flour

1/4 cup linseed's

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup water

A pinch of salt and pepper

Lighter mix

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup sesame seeds

1/4 cup sunflower seeds, left whole

1/2 cup water

A pinch of salt and pepper

Topping

1 tbsp. dried onion flakes

Salt and pepper

 

STEPS

Step 1. For the darker mix, place all ingredients into a large bowl and stir together until well combined. Set aside.

Step 2. Add all ingredients except the water and whole 1/4 cup sunflower seeds to a food processor or blender and blitz until well combined. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, then stir.

Step 3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a large baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.

Step 4. Dollop spoonfuls of each mix randomly onto the tray, evenly distributing the mixes. Smooth completely using a silicone spatula.

Step 5. Score seed crackers with a wet knife and place in the preheated oven for 30 mins to bake.

You can turn the oven down to 60-80 degrees Celsius and dehydrate the crackers for a further 60 mins.

Store in an airtight container in a dark place.
