CHICKEN PARMIGIANA ONE POT STYLE

INGREDIENTS
..
6 pieces of chicken thigh
300ml of Mumma S spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp. Mumma S good ol’ tomato sauce
½ cup pitted olives
6 slices of bacon 50g shaved parmesan cheese

STEPS
..
Step 1. Heat skillet and fry bacon. Set aside.

Step 2. Brown chicken on both sides, then stir the sauces and olives in. Cook on high heat until boiling, then add bacon and cheese. Season, then place the lid on.

Step 3. Simmer on very low heat for 3-4 hours. Serve over vegetables such as broccolini, zucchini, and cauliflower.
