TANDOORI CHICKEN - PIZZA
3 large chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp. onion granules
1 tsp ginger ground
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
Pizza dough of choice (refer to my pizza dough recipe)2-3 tbsp. tomato paste (I used my recipe in The Healthy Way eBook)
Mozzarella cheese (to taste)
1 red capsicum, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
Greek yogurt drizzled on top to serve
Step 1. Mix all the tandoori chicken ingredients together in an airtight container, then place into the fridge for 12-24 hours.
Step 2. Once you've marinated your chicken, preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 3. Prepare a large baking tray by lining it with non-stick baking paper, then place the tandoori chicken evenly on the tray.
Step 4. Place both the pizza base and the tandoori chicken in the oven at the same time, making sure you place the tandoori chicken on the bottom shelf.
Step 5. Once the pizza base is cooked (15-20 mins), remove it from the oven. Leave your chicken in the oven for 5 mins longer.
Step 6. Dress your pizza first with tomato paste, then sprinkle some mozzarella over the top.
Step 7. Take out your tandoori chicken place evenly over the pizza and top with your onion, capsicum and remaining cheese.
Step 8. Place the pizza into the oven. Turn to grill, and grill on the highest setting until golden and brown (5-10 mins).
Step 9. Cut and serve hot, drizzled with some Greek yogurt. YUM!

Greek Yogurt - coconut yogurt, coconut cream
Cayenne pepper - omit if you like
Turmeric & paprika - instead of these 2 ingredients, use 1 tbsp Indian red colouring
Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp garlic paste or 1 fresh garlic, crushed
Onion granules - 2 tsp onion powder
Peanuts - almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds
